Some of our clients need our help on all stages, other clients already have some of the info prepared. Assuming the company does have proper historic financial information, the modeling, preparation and data room creation would normally take anywhere from 60 hours to 180 hours.

Reaching out to lenders  would take another 1-2 months until the client receives an LOI from the bank. 

Due Diligence and closing would normally take another 60-75 days until funded.
