CFO Services
Fractional - Part time
Usually we work on a fractional (part time) basis. It could be anywhere from twice a month to three times a week. The initial period of our engagement with our clients would require more work, and once correct routine and processes are established, we can be less involved on a daily basis, unless the company grows and new needs do arise.
Interim
From time to time, we would step in on an interim full time capacity. That would typically happen upon a sudden departure of an executive.
It also happens during fast growth period, when the company is growing faster than it's ability to find talent.
In such cases, we would step in for a few months, until the company finds the right talent on a permanent basis.
Virtual - off site / onsite
Usually our engagements are based on a mix of remote (virtual) work, and onsite visits to the office.
However, depends on the circumstances, we can go fully virtual, or onsite only.
Small startups would often times use our 100% virtual back-office services, while more established businesses that have their own accounting team, would be a better fit for a mix where we meet and work with the team, onsite, 1-2 times a week, and conduct some of the work remotely.
